New BOHEMIA Don’t be fooled by the unremarkable name and far-west location. This lovely spot offers a sophisticated menu of European classics… a vibrant borscht
(a Russian beet and vegetable soup) and tomato-cucumber salad spiked with basil, red onions, and Gaeta olives preceded our entrées, which were personally presented by said chef: beef Stroganoff with potato gnocchi and risotto primavera with woodsy mushrooms and sweet peppers and carrots.
